What I do
I operate as a Strategic Growth Operator - a growth engineer who ships systems end to end. Most marketers cannot build. Most developers cannot think like a customer. I do both. When a job needs a server-side tracking setup, a Python script to crunch campaign data, a landing page, or a chatbot, I build it myself. No handoff lag, no waiting on dev.
My approach is always the same: find the leak before building anything new. Most companies have money walking out the door before they ever need more marketing. I find where it leaks, fix it, then build on what is clean.
How I work
- Audit first. Find what is already broken before building anything new.
- Talk to customers. Real ICP interviews before writing a line of copy - up to 24 on a single engagement.
- Build measurement before spending. Attribution and tracking before campaigns. I will not spend on channels I cannot track.
- Test small. Validate a funnel at smaller scale before the full build.
- Hand off properly. Document, train, and exit. The goal is systems that outlast the engagement, not dependency.
Background
Full-stack marketer and full-stack developer. I started coding at 12 because I wanted to build a Game Boy emulator and my dad could not buy me one. That never went away. Twenty years later I write JavaScript, Python, PHP, and SQL, and I have built everything from server-side conversion tracking to custom dashboards to AI sales agents.
My career spans agency and in-house growth: a global advertising network, competitive esports, professional services, frontier AI, ecommerce at scale, and local services. I have managed paid budgets from $0 to roughly $2.5M/month and led teams of up to 40. I think in systems, not campaigns - the goal is always infrastructure that keeps compounding after I leave.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Remote-first, nomadic, always reachable.

Spoken fluency in 7 languages: English, Malay, Punjabi, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, and Urdu. Written capability in 15+ including Korean, Japanese, and German. Deep market knowledge across Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, and Indonesia. In Southeast Asia, messaging does not translate one-to-one between markets - this is a real differentiator, not a line on a resume.
