Why 90 days
Ninety days is not a marketing timeline. It is a constraint, and it matches how early-stage companies actually live: in quarters, not annual retainers. The constraint forces sequence - research the buyer, build the measurement, place the channel bets, hand over what works. An open-ended retainer removes that pressure, which is why agencies love them and why the work expands to fill the contract. A deadline I cannot move does the opposite. It forces me to find the shortest path to the thing that actually matters, and to leave behind something your team can run without me. The engagement is designed to end. That is the point of it.
The 90-day process
Launching campaigns is easy.
Building your first engine isn't.
Four phases, twelve weeks, in this order every time. Research comes first, because everything downstream gets built from what buyers actually say.
01 / Research
ICP & Market Mapping
Weeks 1-2. Before anything gets built, we find out who actually buys and why. For pre-PMF teams this is the whole foundation. For teams with an engine already running, the same work doubles as the audit: it exposes exactly where the current one leaks.
- - Up to 24 customer interviews across target segments
- - Positioning and the wedge you can own, in the words buyers use
- - Competitor and channel landscape mapping
- - For existing engines: full funnel and attribution audit
- - A plan ranked by revenue impact, not effort
02 / Build
Measurement & Funnel
Weeks 3-6. Tracking before spend, always. Then the funnel itself: offer, page, follow-up, CRM. Everything instrumented, so the channel decisions in phase three run on data instead of opinion.
- - Attribution and server-side tracking installed first
- - Offer and landing page built from the interview language
- - Follow-up and nurture automation deployed
- - CRM, routing, and lead scoring stood up
03 / Validate
Channel Bets
Weeks 7-10. Small structured tests across the likeliest channels: outbound, paid, content, partnerships. Losers die in weeks, not quarters. The first channel that repeats gets the budget.
- - Kill criteria agreed before each test starts
- - Weekly readouts wired to pipeline, not clicks
- - Budget flows to what repeats
- - The winning channel documented as a playbook
04 / Hand off
Team Enablement
Weeks 11-12. The part most consultants skip, because dependency pays better than handoff. The goal is systems that outlast the engagement.
- - Your team trained on every system built
- - Full process documentation and dashboards live
- - Metrics agreed in writing before week 1
What I do
An engine has a lot of moving parts.
I build every one.
Not a menu to pick from. These are the parts of the engine, and the audit decides which of them yours is missing.
Customer & ICP Research
Up to 24 interviews per engagement. The words buyers actually use, the pains under the obvious ones, and the wedge no competitor can claim. Everything else gets built from this.
Story & Messaging
Most companies cannot explain why anyone should care. I find the one thing you can genuinely own, then write it into every place a buyer meets you.
Paid Marketing
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and the rest, structured around your economics instead of the platform's recommendations. Every dollar mapped to pipeline, not clicks.
AI Search & ChatGPT Ads
Buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini before they ever Google. I make sure the answer is you, across the organic answers and the ad inventory inside them.
Landing Pages & CRO
You work hard for the click and then lose it on the page. I rebuild the page around the decision the visitor is actually making, then test it against the old one.
B2B Outbound
ICP defined by an operational threshold, not a firmographic filter. Public directories as the seed list, not bought data. A real audit artifact as the opener, not a template. Measured in qualified sales conversations, not sends.
Attribution & Measurement
Server-side tracking, multi-touch attribution, and reporting wired to revenue. I will not spend on a channel I cannot measure.
RevOps & Automation
Lead scoring, routing, follow-up, and the handoffs between them. The work that quietly loses deals when nobody owns it.
Team Enablement
Documentation, training, and dashboards, so the system keeps running after I leave. The goal is your team owning it, not calling me.
How the work gets done
Most consultants cannot build.
That's the whole difference.
When a job needs server-side conversion tracking, a Python script to crunch campaign data, a scraper, or a scanner, I write it. That day. No dev ticket, no waiting on a queue, no scoping call about whether it is possible. Twenty years of writing JavaScript, Python, PHP, and SQL is why the systems I hand you exist instead of living in a slide.

ICP interviews before a line of copy
The challenge
Deep research talent, no GTM function. No ICP, no positioning, no pipeline, and a launch window closing. The product was ahead of the story, which is what pre-PMF usually looks like from the inside.
What I did
- - 24 ICP interviews across target segments
- - Positioning and narrative built from the interview language
- - Design-partner outreach and pipeline built from zero
Results
- - 2 design partners signed before launch
- - A validated ICP and story the team still runs on
- - A GTM function where there was none
Programs
Two ways to start.
Most engagements start with the call and go straight into the build. The diagnostic exists for teams that want the picture first.
01
Growth & Revenue Diagnostic
A standalone teardown of what you have now. Running an engine already? You get the leak map. Still pre-PMF? You get the ICP and channel-bet map instead.
- - Where the engine leaks, and why - or where to place your first bets
- - A fix list ranked by revenue impact
- - Loom walkthrough, no slide deck
- - Yours to keep, whether or not we work together
Delivered in 5-7 days
The fastest way to find out whether the rest is worth doing.

90-Day GTM & Growth Intensive
Everything in the diagnostic, plus I build the fixes, ship them, and hand them over.
- - The full engine: research, measurement, funnel, channel
- - Your team trained and the systems documented
- - Metrics agreed in writing before week 1
- - You own everything I build
90 days, end to end
Most requested. Three clients a quarter, so the calendar is the constraint.
